What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management as a single point of contact from kick-off to data delivery.
• Manage and coordinate high-complexity projects internally and externally.
• Become a regional expert in the hirify.global platform and advocate proprietary solutions.
• Ensure high-quality execution aligned with standards and client success metrics.
• Implement process improvements and manage project budgets and invoicing.
• Mentor team members and provide client advisory on hirify.global technology.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in London, United Kingdom
• Minimum 6 years experience in market research industry.
• Experience with scripting platforms such as Forsta, Decipher, or Qualtrics.
• Strong knowledge of data processing workflows and questionnaire design.
• Proven project management and scripting experience with global clients.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in sampling and field best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Slack, and similar tools.
