What you will do

• Own and manage a diverse portfolio of client projects primarily in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support client acquisition and tailor project plans
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and functional consultants
• Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvements within the Professional Services EMEA team

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work across Nordic countries including Sweden, Norway, and Denmark
• Proven experience in project and delivery management, preferably in tech or SaaS
• Strong portfolio management skills handling multiple high-stakes projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with sales liaison experience
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
