What you will do

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement automation or process changes to improve velocity.
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end operations of the sales department, ensuring friction-free processes from prospecting to closed-won.
  • Produce Monthly Sales Digests and other critical dashboards, analyzing efficiency and suggesting data-backed solutions.
  • Leverage deep understanding of the tech stack to ensure accurate data capture, pipeline hygiene, and reliable forecasting.
  • Maintain and optimize the sales stack, ensuring teams maximize existing solutions and suggesting new ones.
  • Manage the DealHub ecosystem, reviewing and approving quotes to ensure compliance with company policies and pricing rules.
  • Manage the operational side of sales compensation, ensuring accurate and transparent commission calculations based on CRM data.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 2-3 years minimum experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, understanding Lifecycle Stages, Deal Stages, and complex workflow building.
  • "Gatekeeper" Mindset: Experience with CPQ tools (DealHub preferred) or managing quote approvals, comfortable enforcing rules and maintaining pricing integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills: Comfortable manipulating large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivots).
  • Problem Solver: Track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing root-cause solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience with prospecting tools (Cognism, Lusha) and Intent data (6sense).
