What you will do
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified pipeline from Mid-Market to Enterprise prospects.
- Leverage AI tools, automation systems, and sales technology to improve outreach efficiency and personalization.
- Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders and craft tailored messaging.
- Qualify inbound interest and ensure seamless handoff to the Sales team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to refine targeting, messaging, and lead quality.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation in the CRM (HubSpot preferred) and provide insights on prospect trends.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related outbound role.
- Strong professional communication skills with the ability to engage executives confidently.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting fundamentals and an interest in becoming an expert in pipeline generation.
- Coachable, curious, and motivated to exceed performance goals.
- Adaptable, able to work quickly, shift priorities, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales enablement tools.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or other outbound sales environments.
- Background in high-ownership or high-effort environments (volunteering, sports teams, hospitality, etc.).
- Self-starter with a grinder mentality, someone who takes initiative and pushes through obstacles.
