TL;DR

Field Sales Representative: Identifying, contacting, and managing the full sales process for new restaurant clients, with an accent on presenting products and negotiating commercial terms. Focus on building and managing a sales pipeline and closing new business agreements to expand hirify.global's restaurant network.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. This is a hybrid role with 2 days home office per week and up to 4 total weeks additional flexibility during summer and December to work fully remotely.

What you will do

  • Identify and contact selected restaurants through cold calls, walk-ins, and planned meetings.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure and restaurant publication.
  • Present and sell hirify.global products and services, including software tools and marketing solutions.
  • Explain how hirify.global Manager and the hirify.global network can help restaurants grow their business.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and conduct regular outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, close new business agreements, and represent hirify.global professionally.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese, with a good level of written and spoken English.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in an online or technology-driven company.
  • Experience managing outbound sales activities and closing new business.
  • Comfortable working with targets and taking responsibility for results.
  • Must be able to work from the Lisbon office in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry, especially selling to HORECA customers.
  • Experience with direct contact sales, including cold calling and face-to-face meetings.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing a sales territory and pipeline using Salesforce or another CRM tool.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
