Salary: €62,900 – €94,300 (annual On Target Earnings) in Dublin, Ireland.

What you will do

• Evaluate user needs and recommend appropriate Professional Services (free or paid) for SMB and Commercial users.
• Drive Professional Services attachment rates and ensure implementation/integration support.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth user handoffs and service alignment.
• Accurately scope projects, ensuring alignment between customer needs and delivery capabilities.
• Generate Professional Services revenue by selling packaged offerings and negotiating contracts.
• Monitor customer success metrics to demonstrate ROI and help evolve service offerings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company with a strong performance track record.
• Experience in pre-sales, sales, and contract/Statement of Work (SOW) development.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and match them to appropriate service offerings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams.
• Ability to build strong relationships across different customer segments.

Nice to have

• Experience selling technical implementation services in the payments or fintech industry.
• Knowledge of hirify.global's product suite and implementation requirements.
• Understanding of API-based integrations and technical implementation challenges.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company and familiarity with common e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in French or German (for EMEA).
