What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation and qualification strategies.
  • Research and understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, track progress, and report on key metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic work environment.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
