TL;DR

Relationship Manager (Crypto): Managing and growing relationships with high-value consumer customers in Germany, driving revenue, volume, and adoption of crypto products with an accent on commercial ownership and compliance. Focus on executing data-driven account plans, identifying VIPs, and ensuring compliant, world-class customer experience within the German market.

Location: Remote from Germany with required in-person participation for team and company-wide offsites

What you will do

  • Own a revenue-carrying book and deliver sustained growth in portfolio revenue, net inflows, trading volume, and revenue retention.
  • Accelerate adoption of relevant features and products (e.g., Advanced Trade, recurring buys/DCA, staking/rewards) aligned to customer needs.
  • Host targeted 1:1s, roundtables, webinars, or small events, ensuring rigorous follow-up and demonstrable ROI.
  • Proactively identify potential VIPs within the broader customer base and convert them into managed relationships.
  • Build and execute data-driven commercial account plans, defining goals and tracking progress with business reviews.
  • Monitor accounts for revenue-impacting signals and intervene rapidly to protect or grow the relationship.
  • Represent and advocate for customers internally, synthesizing feedback to partner with Product, Operations, and Growth.
  • Operate with strict compliance and risk discipline, adhering to BaFin, EU/MiCA, AML/KYC, and GDPR requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in relationship management, customer success, account management, or sales/advisory roles with a proven revenue or target-carrying track record.
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue across a managed portfolio through upsell, cross-sell, or share-of-wallet expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into prioritized actions and commercial plays.
  • Fantastic communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence customers and align internal teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable with strong task management, decisive prioritization, and efficient execution.
  • Working knowledge of blockchain/crypto concepts (e.g., custody, security, trading, staking).
  • Native German and fluent English required.
  • Must be based in Germany, willing to travel domestically for customer meetings and events, and authorized to work in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience serving VIP/HNW retail or premium consumer segments.
  • High proficiency with hirify.global products and the broader crypto ecosystem.
  • Event or community-led growth experience with quantifiable revenue impact.
  • Familiarity with BaFin and EU/MiCA frameworks; experience partnering with Compliance/Risk.
