What you will do

• Conduct requests for information to obtain documentation required for enhanced due diligence.
• Analyze customer information to build risk profiles including geographic, employment, source of funds, and sanctions screening.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and optimize experience.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process and policy improvements to increase efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Onsite presence in London is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in financial services, crypto, investigations, legal, or tech with focus on EDD, KYC, compliance, or regulatory matters.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, and related tools.
• Ability to support a 24/7 environment and adapt to evolving organizational needs.

Nice to have

• Professional AML or Fraud certifications (e.g. CAMS, CFCS, CFE).
• Experience in project management, analytics, or vendor management.
• Advanced degree in business, finance, or customer experience.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Hummingbird, Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience collaborating with external outsource partners.
