What you will do
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by selling hirify.global solutions to new FTSE 350 accounts in Northern Europe.
- Execute solution-based sales processes involving multiple stakeholders within accounts.
- Develop account strategies to accelerate sales velocity and manage sales cycles effectively.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to drive account growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key executives including Partners, ESG, Sustainability, and Directors.
- Participate in industry conferences and develop business opportunities tailored to sustainable finance needs.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience selling enterprise software with a proven track record exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling SaaS or platform solutions to Procurement, ESG, Sustainability, Compliance, or Supply Chain personas; finance sector expertise preferred.
- Ability to manage full sales cycles and build C-level relationships.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- University degree required.
