What you will do

• Lead business development to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts in APAC.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent acquisition strategies and market insights.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and presenting candidates.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Collaborate with international colleagues across regions.

Requirements

• ~10 years of experience in recruitment and business development, preferably within an international environment.
• Strong expertise recruiting in the APAC region across multiple industries.
• Proven success in developing new business and managing key client relationships.
• Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate junior team members.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
