What you will do

• Identify and engage active and passive candidates across multiple channels
• Conduct comprehensive market research to build candidate pipelines
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct recruitment screening interviews
• Maintain candidate database via Applicant Tracking Systems
• Maintain and improve recruitment processes

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in tech companies
• Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques
• Excellent English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional writing skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
