What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of onboarding specialists to ensure high performance and positive work environment.
• Develop and implement standardized onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Serve as primary point of contact for escalations and client interactions within the NAMER region.
• Continuously assess and improve onboarding workflows and client satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, payroll, legal, and finance for smooth onboarding coordination.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead projects related to onboarding process enhancements.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Experience: 2–3+ years in onboarding or HR administration with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of global onboarding processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and CRM systems such as HubSpot and Confluence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
