What you will do
- Own local Pre-, On- and Offboarding processes including hosting onboarding sessions.
- Manage employee administrative tasks such as visa processes, offer and reference letters.
- Ensure legal compliance supporting a remote US team and manage contract and benefit administration.
- Handle daily employee requests via ticketing system and support global team collaboration.
- Maintain internal knowledge base and manage data record keeping and documentation.
Requirements
- Regular in-office presence in New York City at least 3 times per week.
- Ability to travel to Berlin occasionally for team events and collaboration.
- Experience designing and implementing global people processes including onboarding and offboarding.
- Proficiency in HRIS and people-related software.
- Knowledge of US state compliance and labor law supporting remote teams.
- Strong project management and benefit administration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in policy development.
- Knowledge of payroll systems (Justworks) and HiBob HRIS.
- Experience with US visa and immigration processing.
