What you will do
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy to support business goals and sustainable growth.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all people-related topics and organizational development.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent development, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Lead, build, and mentor the HR team to foster a culture of excellence and ownership.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making and improve engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies while proactively managing risks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, such as Head of HR or HR Director.
- Fluency in both English and Lithuanian.
- Strong strategic mindset and ability to translate business needs into actionable people solutions.
- Deep expertise in HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Vilnius office.
