Salary: €5,785–€8,265 gross monthly

What you will do

• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy to support business goals and sustainable growth.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all people-related topics and organizational development.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent development, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Lead, build, and mentor the HR team to foster a culture of excellence and ownership.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making and improve engagement.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies while proactively managing risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior HR role, such as Head of HR or HR Director.
• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian.
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to translate business needs into actionable people solutions.
• Deep expertise in HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Vilnius office.
