What you will do

• Own US client projects end-to-end from kickoff to delivery, building strong client relationships.
• Translate client goals into clear scope, plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage backlogs, roadmaps, and run agile team rituals to maintain steady delivery.
• Track project health, budgets, risks, and change requests; forecast and act on timeline or margin risks.
• Control scope and commercial impact in collaboration with Account Management and Finance.
• Provide clear status reports and ensure governance and escalation paths are in place.

Requirements

• Must be US-based or able to work fully remotely within US time zones.
• 5+ years managing digital projects in agency, consultancy, or ecommerce settings.
• Proven delivery of software/digital commerce projects with hands-on backlog and roadmap management.
• Experience running agile rituals and using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills with C-level, product, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with distributed teams across US and EU time zones.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe certifications.
• Degree in business, management, information systems, or similar.
• Experience in product ownership or CRO/analytics for ecommerce.
