What you will do

• Own US client projects end-to-end from kickoff to delivery, building strong client relationships.
• Translate client goals into clear scope, plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage backlogs and roadmaps, prioritizing and refining work.
• Run agile team rituals and keep delivery on track.
• Track project health, budgets, risks, and change requests; forecast and act on timeline or margin risks.
• Provide status reports and ensure governance and escalation paths.

Requirements

• Must be US-based with experience managing digital projects in agency, consultancy, or eCommerce settings.
• 5+ years managing software/digital commerce projects with hands-on backlog, roadmap, and agile ritual experience.
• Strong communication skills with C-level and technical stakeholders and experience leading distributed US and EU teams.
• Comfortable leading tough client conversations and making decisions on the spot.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and similar tools.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe.
• Degree in business, management, or information systems.
• Experience in product ownership or CRO/analytics for eCommerce.
