Senior People Business Partner (HR): Driving business-focused people initiatives and ensuring HR compliance across the Nordics Delivery organisation, with an accent on strategic partnering, talent & performance, and employee engagement. Focus on aligning workforce planning with business priorities, leading performance management processes, and fostering a collaborative culture across multiple geographies.

Location: Helsinki, Finland, supporting teams across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Poland, and Ukraine.

What you will do

Partner with the General Manager to drive Nordics Delivery strategy through people and culture initiatives.
Lead performance management processes and promote learning and development within Delivery teams.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture and strengthen engagement across multiple geographies.
Act as the HR Lead for Finland, ensuring compliance with Finnish labor laws and advising managers.
Support ongoing transformation projects by guiding leaders and teams through change.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in HR or People Business Partner roles, ideally within international or tech-driven environments.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders as a strategic advisor.
Strong understanding of Nordic labour markets, with deep expertise in Finnish employment legislation.
Experience supporting teams across multiple countries or remote setups.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and drive evidence-based decisions.
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, collaborative approach.
