What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of key SMB customers through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and other teams to drive account health and growth
- Identify growth opportunities using usage analysis and whitespace mapping
- Deliver tailored commercial proposals aligned with customer goals
- Lead virtual and in-person customer meetings, including occasional travel
Requirements
- Location: Based in Sydney or able to work hybrid locally
- 2+ years experience in SaaS sales or account management with proven revenue growth
- Experience managing complex SaaS customer relationships and portfolios
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at C-level
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience or understanding of Martech, CRM, marketing automation, or customer analytics
