What you will do

  • Build and execute a 3-year scalable sales plan targeting double-digit growth in the FSI vertical.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate an EMEA sales team to exceed revenue targets and develop pipeline.
  • Develop data-driven sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, technical, and monetisation teams to drive go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide leadership with insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or able to work from EMEA markets.
  • Extensive experience in financial services industry sales and team leadership across EMEA.
  • Strong strategic mindset with proven ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with executive presence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment influencing cross-functional teams.
