What you will do
- Identify and understand prospective customers’ HCM needs and present tailored hirify.global solutions.
- Travel geographically to assigned accounts and partners as needed.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales process through to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams during client implementation.
- Develop new prospects through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Represent hirify.global at trade shows, conferences, and events.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States and able to work fully remote within the territory.
- 2-5 years of experience in quota-driven B2B sales targeting enterprise clients (500+ employees).
- Proven skills in sales prospecting, closing, and consultative selling.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with sales automation software is desirable.
- High school diploma required; college degree strongly preferred.
