What you will do

• Manage the sales process including qualification, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing deals
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
• Conduct high-quality meetings with prospects both online and in-person
• Develop expertise in sustainability and sustainable procurement
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies
• Promote hirify.global products and solutions as a brand ambassador

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, USA
• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in North America
• Experience in sustainability, procurement, or compliance solutions is a plus
• Fluency in English and strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks under pressure
