What you will do
- Own the end-to-end commercial seller sales strategy and performance across Tele Sales, Inhouse Sales, Back Office, and Sales Marketing.
- Build a data-driven sales organisation with unified KPIs, forecasting models, and dashboards.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales teams and sales agency partners, ensuring role clarity and high-quality execution.
- Drive strategic SMB growth supported by category pricing, new PRO packages, and API integrations.
- Strengthen consultative sales motion through clear segmentation, tailored customer journeys, and modern coaching frameworks.
- Partner closely with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations to align sales initiatives and enhance lead quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience, successfully steering both high-volume telesales and strategic SMB/mid-market teams.
- Highly analytical, confident with forecasting, segmentation, complex datasets, and KPI modeling.
- Deep experience managing outsourced sales agencies, driving accountability, quality, and productivity at scale.
- Excel at stakeholder alignment across GTM, Product, Data, and Marketing in a matrix environment.
- Track record of transforming teams toward value-based, consultative selling with strong pipeline and activity discipline.
- Strong communicator, talent developer, and leader, with fluency in German and English and the leadership presence to influence at senior levels.
