What you will do
- Manage and optimize international sales agent channel KPIs using AI tools.
- Design, train, and tune conversational AI agents to enhance sales and service performance.
- Design and orchestrate AI-driven omnichannel cross-selling and upselling campaigns.
- Automate commission processes with AI-supported plausibility checks and rule-based models.
- Analyze sales and campaign data to identify opportunities and translate insights into actions.
- Coordinate between Customer Care, Product Management, Data/AI, and Customer Intelligence teams.
Requirements
- Location: Karlsruhe, Germany (hybrid work model)
- Experience in sales, telesales, or performance management, ideally in IT.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools in sales and campaign environments.
- Proficiency with data tools and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Willingness to travel 2–3 times a year for 3-4 days.
