What you will do
- Coach, develop, and inspire a team of Corporate Account Executives
- Lead by example through hands-on deal involvement and negotiation guidance
- Drive pipeline creation and outbound initiatives with the team
- Support complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Oversee team performance and support quarterly and annual targets
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Enablement, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, SDR, and Marketing
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Germany or work from a German office
- At least 5 years managing complex B2B sales projects, ideally in SaaS
- Strong sales leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German (C2) and business English
- Experience working with C-level decision-makers and cross-functional teams
- Passion, humor, and enthusiasm
