What you will do
- Coach, develop, and inspire a team of Corporate Account Executives
- Lead by example through hands-on deal involvement and complex sales cycles
- Drive pipeline creation and outbound initiatives
- Oversee team performance and support quarterly and annual targets
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Enablement, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, SDR, and Marketing
- Identify talent gaps and participate in hiring
Requirements
- Must be located in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany
- At least 5 years managing complex B2B sales projects, ideally in SaaS
- Strong sales leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent German (C2) and business-proficient English skills
- Experience working with C-level decision-makers and multiple stakeholders
- Strong closing abilities and pipeline management
