What you will do

• Support go-to-market initiatives including product launches, pilots, and training content
• Align and prioritize sales requirements across all DISH markets
• Implement AI tools and CRM systems like Salesforce to enhance sales efficiency and engagement
• Support sales planning with business cases, budgeting, forecasting, and actionable insights
• Optimize and standardize sales processes for scalability and improved performance
• Ensure alignment through communication, timeline management, and cross-country collaboration

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Düsseldorf, Germany with flexibility for remote work from abroad up to 30 days
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher
• Experience in project management and stakeholder communication in international environments
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data and technology
• Experience with AI tools and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional languages such as German, Italian, French, or Spanish
• Experience in the HoReCa or SaaS industry
