• Engage with product and programme-level stakeholders to gain buy-in and manage expectations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members focusing on performance management and agile best practices.
• Drive commercial opportunities and participate in product-level commercial negotiations.

Requirements

• Experience in bespoke software delivery in a client-facing agile consulting environment.
• Healthcare or public sector experience.
• Proven leadership in product management and team management.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with software development lifecycle phases and agile methodologies.
• Good understanding of relevant technologies and architecture concepts.
