What you will do

• Originate and manage a portfolio of high-impact strategic partnership opportunities.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business priorities across the Americas.
• Conduct market analysis to identify key use cases and partnership opportunities.
• Structure and negotiate complex deals with major partners, leading end-to-end execution.
• Build and maintain strong executive relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless deal execution and partner activation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the region.
• 13+ years of experience in strategic business development or partnerships.
• Proven track record negotiating complex deals with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and excellent English communication.
• Experience in financial services, payments, or blockchain/digital asset technologies.
