What you will do
- Lead and scale Americas go-to-market organization with clear targets and operating cadences.
- Own regional revenue, pipeline health, forecasting, and conversion metrics with data-driven improvements.
- Develop and execute growth strategy including segmentation, territory planning, and coverage models.
- Build executive-level relationships with customers and partners to unlock co-selling and integrations.
- Drive top-of-funnel generation through campaigns, events, and marketing collaboration.
- Lead complex enterprise deals and establish repeatable solution selling playbooks.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States for this remote role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or digital asset commercial leadership roles.
- Proven success leading GTM teams and exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep experience with financial institutions and fintechs in the Americas.
- Strong operational rigor with GTM metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
