What you will do

• Lead and develop a team responsible for US affiliate and ad network revenue.
• Define and execute US affiliate strategy to drive growth and defend market share.
• Manage commercial performance across affiliate networks, publishers, and ad partners.
• Strengthen partnerships and identify new monetization opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Product, Data Science, and Marketing teams.
• Represent the affiliate business in internal and external forums.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years experience in affiliate advertising or marketing, with 5+ years managing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen including negotiation and P&L management.
• Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems and performance-based advertising.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

• Experience in fintech, BNPL, or publisher environments.
