Director, Strategic Partnerships (Fintech)

Director, Strategic Partnerships (Fintech): Finding and managing new strategic partnerships within the payroll, payments, and ISV ecosystems with an accent on contract negotiation and relationship development. Focus on exceeding sales targets, driving growth, and mastering product solutions within the financial technology industry.

Location: Remote anywhere in the USA (Atlanta, Dallas, St. Louis are also options)

What you will do

• Find and establish new strategic partnerships within payroll, payments, and ISV ecosystems.
• Manage the negotiation process for partner agreements and contracts.
• Maintain intimate knowledge of current and future products to scope potential partnerships.
• Act as a company representative at trade shows and conduct C-level presentations.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external partner relationships.
• Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships or business development.
• Experience in the Financial Technology industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Proficient in contract strategy, finance, and legal aspects.
