What you will do

• Build and execute joint marketing plans with hirify.global’s largest partners aligned to go-to-market strategies.
• Create and lead multi-channel campaigns including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and content co-creation.
• Serve as key marketing contact for strategic partner teams, ensuring strong collaboration.
• Equip internal and partner sales teams with tools, messaging, and assets for joint success.
• Track, measure, and analyze program performance to optimize impact and ROI.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model based in the US
• 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with focus on partner, channel, or alliance marketing.
• Experience working with large complex partners like GSIs, MSPs, VARs, and advisory firms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external teams.
• Data-driven mindset with passion for measuring and optimizing marketing performance.
