What you will do

• Manage, launch, and measure direct mail campaigns, including budget and vendor management.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize creative and targeting strategies.
• Develop and execute targeted nurture programs to improve funnel performance.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, and direct mail.
• Own reporting and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in demand generation or campaign management in B2B SaaS
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in performance tracking and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Experience managing budgets and forecasting campaign needs.

Nice to have
