What you will do

• Lead full capture lifecycle for complex DHS opportunities from shaping to proposal submission.
• Partner with business development executives to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
• Develop and execute capture strategies aligned with mission needs and acquisition paths.
• Build and manage cross-functional capture teams including BD, proposals, delivery, pricing, and recruiting.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with customer decision-makers and industry partners.
• Drive competitive analysis, win themes, and value propositions to differentiate the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or Shipley certification preferred.
• 10+ years of capture management experience with 5 years focused on DHS.
• Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes and vehicles (e.g., IDIQ, GWAC, BPA, OTA).
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.
