What you will do

• Build and operationalize enterprise communications strategy across internal and external channels aligned with brand vision and revenue goals.
• Develop and maintain a master communications calendar and messaging frameworks to strengthen brand perception and employee engagement.
• Lead speechwriting, executive ghostwriting, and content creation for corporate leadership.
• Develop and lead integrated PR and thought leadership strategies to elevate brand awareness nationally.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, HR, and service divisions to ensure message consistency and alignment.
• Provide media and communication training to executives and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Chicago, Illinois, USA
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of communications and PR experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven success in integrated communication strategies in high-growth or enterprise environments.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and media relations skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
