What you will do
- Build and manage strategic referral partnerships aligned with target customer profiles.
- Develop and sustain a high-quality sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate agreements, and oversee partner onboarding.
- Deliver training, sales support, and marketing assistance to partners.
- Design incentive programs to motivate partners and boost lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and provide pipeline reporting to management.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Toronto, Canada
- 2-5 years experience in outbound sales, partner management, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in SaaS and retail industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English as a working language is required.
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce, Mac OS, G Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
