What you will do
- Manage and grow revenue and reservations across assigned markets and partner accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with studio owners and managers.
- Drive adoption and retention of hirify.global products among partners.
- Conduct monthly check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and performance reporting.
- Research, prospect, and onboard new studio, gym, and wellness partners.
- Support country-specific projects and assist with transactional and marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Fully remote position.
- English language proficiency: B2 or higher.
- 3+ years experience in account management or business development with strong negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable using data and market trend analysis to make actionable recommendations.
