What you will do

• Drive sales strategy and execution for employee communications solutions in assigned territory
• Target new accounts and upsell existing customers in collaboration with account teams
• Collaborate with strategic partners and channel community to enhance relationships and drive new business
• Build and execute innovative business plans with partners and internal teams
• Present and demonstrate product capabilities and coordinate resources during sales cycles
• Forecast pipeline development and negotiate deals to meet sales targets

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within the US
• 5+ years sales or business development experience in IT with SaaS selling preferred
• Experience selling employee communications solutions to HR, communications, and technology buyers
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science/IT preferred
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems
