What you will do
- Proactively identify and target strategic accounts using research, industry trends, and internal tools.
- Qualify strategic inbound and partnership leads to ensure they meet the ideal customer profile (ICP).
- Conduct in-depth outreach through calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to track leads and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in building and refining sales strategies for top-tier prospects and key verticals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales development or sales support role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise-focused environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, sales methodologies, and lead qualification frameworks.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and strategically with potential clients.
- Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for driving results.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English as a working language is required.
