What you will do

• Own strategic planning and cross-portfolio management for the Research, Innovation Engineering, and Privacy teams.
• Define, track, and manage complex dependencies between these organizations and broader Product Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Legal teams.
• Program manage large-scale foundational projects, including Merkle Tree Certificates and Post-Quantum Cryptography initiatives.
• Drive the strategy to integrate Research team's academic focus back into hirify.global's core engineering efforts.
• Establish clear processes for tracking and facilitating the transition of Innovation team projects to owning Product Engineering teams.
• Partner with leadership to manage the growth and expanding scope of the Privacy Engineering team into areas of Privacy Transparency.

Requirements

• This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• 5+ years experience in technical program management.
• Ability to create realistic project plans, managing dependencies, and overseeing execution.
• Experience working with multiple time zones and multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong competency with Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience with various development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kaizen, Scrum).

Nice to have

• BS+ in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or related field or equivalent experience.
