What you will do

• Own and manage the hirify.global Champions ambassador program end-to-end ensuring exceptional experience and business alignment.
• Design and implement scalable community operations, engagement tracking, and reporting systems.
• Manage cross-functional projects including platform enhancements and recognition initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to align community efforts with company goals.
• Drive strategic planning with metrics and feedback loops for data-informed decisions.
• Mentor others in project management best practices and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in program or project management ideally in developer relations or marketing operations.
• Proven ability to design and scale programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team project leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to executives.
• Comfort engaging with technical audiences such as developers and engineering managers.
• Location: Remote role based in Ireland or United Kingdom

Nice to have

• Experience managing brand ambassador programs in tech companies.
• Familiarity with community engagement platforms like Discord, Slack, or Meetup.
