TL;DR

Principal Program Manager (FinTech): Leading and coordinating Client Onboarding projects for financial institutions, ensuring a smooth transition and profitable service delivery with an accent on project management methodologies, client relationship management, and financial technology. Focus on streamlining onboarding processes, managing scope, resources, and timelines, and continuously improving customer experience.

Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland). Must attend the SimCorp office 2x/week.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process.
  • Oversee all aspects of Business Service onboarding projects, including planning, scope, resources, time, governance, controlling, and reporting.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers, explaining SimCorp’s standard business processes and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the onboarding process and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve onboarding processes and documentation for enhanced customer experience.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in customer onboarding within the Asset Management or Asset Servicing industry.
  • Demonstrated experience working with SimCorp Dimension.
  • Great project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, PMI/PMP, Prince 2) preferred.
  • Significant knowledge of financial technology and business processes, especially with asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, or asset servicers.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on client relationship management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, attending the SimCorp office 2x/week in Warsaw, Poland.
  • Readiness to travel to customer sites from time to time.
