What you will do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned briefings, assessing customer needs and customizing agendas.
• Coordinate with internal teams and lead planning calls to ensure all participants are prepared and aligned.
• Host and facilitate onsite briefings, ensuring an elevated customer experience.
• Review content flow and maintain briefing systems, including scheduling and tracking follow-ups.
• Document customer feedback and support continuous improvement of briefing experiences.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in customer programs, executive engagement, event planning, sales enablement, or marketing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional presence.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work confidently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer-obsessed approach with high attention to detail for managing multiple briefings.
• Must be based in Barcelona and available to host briefings in person.
