What you will do

- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Plan and conduct client meetings and exclusive events.
Requirements
- English: Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Location: Must be able to work UK hours (1pm–10pm UK time)
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading concepts (margin, leverage, order types).
- Experience in FX/CFD trading, brokerage, or client retention roles is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work towards KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and engagement.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
