What you will do
- Set sales strategy and manage achievement of team sales targets and business goals.
- Execute sales plans, manage team pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to the General Manager.
- Drive sales performance, revenue growth through effective account management, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns and lead generation, and ensure brand messaging.
- Build strong client and internal relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coach and develop team members, identify skills gaps, and foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager role.
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- Strong CRM system knowledge.
- Skilled in data analysis and accurate reporting.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to different locations, including Head Office.
