What you will do

• Design and deliver AI enablement journeys and tiered certification programs.
• Create engaging educational content like videos, demos, guides, and workshops.
• Lead scalable learning operations and manage a digital learning ecosystem.
• Drive impact measurement using a performance dashboard and refine programs.
• Champion responsible AI use through privacy, compliance, and safety modules.
• Partner with other teams to foster a culture of AI learning and adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer education, enablement, or learning program management, ideally within SaaS or AI technology sectors.
• Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise learning programs blending storytelling, technical understanding, and change enablement.
• Strength in content design and delivery for large and varied audiences.
• Strong background in customer success, engagement analytics, and operational performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to inspire adoption and bridge business and technical priorities.
