What you will do

• Serve as the senior-most data enablement leader for Machine Product areas.
• Orchestrate integrated, value-driven machine data and AI enablement initiatives.
• Co-develop strategic roadmaps for data, analytics, and AI enablement.
• Forge strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and align data strategy with execution.
• Facilitate deployment of a federated data operating model and identify capability gaps.
• Champion data standards, drive continuous improvement, and promote data/AI literacy.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leadership in change enablement within complex, global organizations.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, and AI, with a demonstrated ability to deliver strategic impact.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Business Administration, Economics, Data, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Deep affinity for technology, data, analytics, and AI, with a relentless drive for business transformation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strategic, analytical, and visionary thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
