What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive organizational change and achieve long-term goals.
• Oversee the adoption of new processes and technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing resistance.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and operations teams for successful product delivery and lifecycle management.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for customer-centric solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and security of infrastructure and cloud platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years relevant experience in managing a technology group, preferably within a Cloud and Infrastructure environment.
• Proven experience in leadership roles in technology with a track record of hands-on delivery.
• Strong understanding of Corporate platforms (Finance, Operations, Sales etc), virtualization, networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to develop product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile frameworks and engineering life cycle.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS).
• Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Experience with AI, Data and Digitalization.
