Banking and Capital Markets Marketing Director (Web3): Leading the strategy, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to amplify Chainlink’s position in the global BCM industry, with an accent on defining high-impact Go-to-Market strategies and crafting enterprise-focused campaigns. Focus on shaping BCM solution narratives, steering competitive intelligence in the financial sector, and accelerating the adoption of Chainlink’s platform for BCM solutions.

Location: Remote (Global). Candidates are asked to try to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do

  • Own and execute global solution marketing strategies for Banking and Capital Markets audiences and key use cases.
  • Lead the creation of differentiated solution positioning and messaging for BCM buyer personas.
  • Oversee competitive, market, and audience intelligence, transforming insights into actionable GTM recommendations.
  • Drive integrated campaign strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels within the BCM sector.
  • Partner with communications and PR leadership to strengthen earned media and executive visibility.
  • Ensure tight cross-functional alignment to guide successful product launches and platform adoption within regulated BCM environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise Product/Solution Marketing, with a significant portion dedicated to the Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services technology sector.
  • Deep domain expertise in the Banking and Capital Markets industry, including understanding key pain points and regulatory environments.
  • Proven ability to lead solution marketing strategy, own messaging frameworks, and drive GTM execution for complex technical products.
  • Deep experience marketing to enterprise financial, technical, or institutional audiences, translating technical concepts into compelling BCM-specific value propositions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting complex BCM business cases to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated success operating in a high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience marketing Web3, distributed ledger technology (DLT), or blockchain solutions to financial institutions.
  • Experience leading or contributing to PR or analyst relations with BCM-focused analysts.
  • Background managing or supporting large-scale BCM industry events.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo for campaign orchestration.
  • Experience working in globally distributed teams or across international markets.
